we assemble and welding the sheet metal parts, pipe bending parts, cnc machining parts,

produced with laser cutting machine, precision cnc machining,cnc bending machine,pipe cutting and bending machine,

we developped the welding fixture in house, and welding them by the robotics arm, the welding line will be consistent and high efficiency,

Metal parts are the base for the automobile suspension system,and the system is easy to break in the course of using,

for we adjust the Steering wheel always and the vehicles are keep on vibrating, and may touch the rain water always,

we supply the aftermarket parts for these vehicles, they can be used for sedan,SUV,ATV,UTV,recreational vehicle etc.

we produce these parts in house totally, from the pipe curve bending,steel plate laser cutting,robotic weldling,

with the help of the robotic welding and the special fixture , we can get a very nice weld line for our weldment,it will reduce the force for our workers and increase the rate much.the material we can carbon steel, alloy steel,stainless steel, etc.

for the bushing we will re-machining to hold the alignment and toletance,  we will powder coating them later and wrap individully for transport.
