Rotary Friction Welding Parts
We have been using RFW process to manufacture agricultural machinery parts for John Deere.
The parts were made from a series of processes, including forging, cold drawing bar, and rotary friction welding.
friction welding is a welding method that rotate one parts to friction other fix parts,then the touched faces will be heated,
after the temperature reach to melting point,two parts will be joint together,
after testing, the strength is better than only welding around circumference,especiall for the pull rod parts,
